The Texas Team supports clients three ways: (1) extending the reach of Brown Nelson’s Houston headquarters with a full range of PR services in Texas markets; (2) crisis planning, media training, drills and exercises; and (3) responding to a client’s call as response managers or support personnel. Houston augmentees also staff an information center in our headquarters as a point of contact until the on-scene base is operational (or perhaps as a supplemental contact point via the Internet throughout the emergency).
